The Webshop products and services are sold by VitalSignum Oy (business ID: FI27241082). The WebShop sells products to private individuals of legal age in Finland and inside the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.<\/p>\n

Placing an order<\/strong><\/p>\n

Products and services are primarily ordered online at https:\/\/www.vitalsignum.com using the site\u2019s shopping cart.<\/p>\n

All orders are followed by a confirmation e-mail that includes the price of the order and a Paytrail payment ID. Receiving payment confirmation requires providing an e-mail address at the time of order.<\/p>\n

When placing an order, the customer accepts the current terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

Payment methods<\/strong><\/p>\n

Products and shipping costs are paid when placing an order. The Webshop accepts the following payment methods: All major credit cards and Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, L\u00e4hiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, S\u00e4\u00e4st\u00f6pankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, \u00c5landsbanken, as well as payment cards. Payments are handled through the Paytrail Oyj website.<\/p>\n

Payment service provider<\/strong>

\nPaytrail Oyj (FI21228397) has implemented the online payment system and acts as the payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit agencies. Account statements and card payments will show Paytrail Oyj as the payment recipient. Paytrail Oyj forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. For refund claims, we ask the customers to primarily contact the supplier of the product.<\/p>\n

Prepayment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Products are shipped when our account information shows that payment has been received. Cash on delivery is not accepted. Orders are processed during regular opening hours once payment has been received.<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

We deliver products on all weekdays. Depending on bank connections, shipments are made 1\u20135 weekdays after receipt of payment. Any delays in delivery will be noted on the Beat2Phone.com page.<\/p>\n

Delivery method and delivery costs<\/strong><\/p>\n

Delivery costs include shipping and handling. Full delivery costs are shown once payment and delivery method are selected. Ordered items are mailed in a postal parcel.<\/p>\n

Return and exchange policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the customer has 14 days to cancel an order. Cancellations shall be made within 14 days of delivery. The right to cancel only applies to resalable, unused products that are in their original packaging. After cancellation, the customer shall return the goods within 14 days of sending the cancellation notice.<\/p>\n
